Tomislav Grgic received his Dipl.-Ing. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in 2006 and 2013, respectively. He is employed as a research assistant at the Department of Telecommunications of the same Faculty. His research interests include online charging issues in a multi-provider environment for adaptive multimedia services as well as the user context based charging.
